Installation Orientation: Red Meters must be installed horizontally, with no more than 15° of tilt for accurate performance and system longevity.
Power Requirements: Standard configuration is 120V AC. Alternate voltages available on request.

Liner Material: All units come standard with a premium Linatex liner, compatible with a broad range of industrial applications, (95% natural rubber) has good resistance to acids and alkalis, but the specific optimal pH range for use in industrial processes is generally considered to be in the acidic to neutral range. Upgrades are available based on media type, pressure, temperature, or chemical exposure.

Vacuum Conditions: Red Meters are not compatible with vacuum conditions (negative pressures below 0 psi). To safeguard system integrity and performance, a vacuum relief valve (VRV) is included suitable for the Red Meter as standard and should be installed where appropriate. Please consult with your Red Meters BDM to confirm the installation location and ensure compatibility with your process media. Construction & Finish: Carbon steel with powder-coated finish. If you require alternate materials (e.g., stainless steel) please specify.
Mating Flange Type: Standard ANSI 150 flanges included. Custom flange types / sizes available, may affect pricing. Please specify if different flange requirements apply.

Crating & Packaging: Each meter includes an ISPM 15 stamped wooden crate, compliant with international freight standards. Crating includes both parts and labor.

Delivery EXW (Ex Works) from Red Meters facilities unless shipping quote requested.
